1.3 By using the Platform, you understand and agree that the Platform operates as a rental request management system. Persons submitting rental requests through the Platform have not entered into a contract with Export Barbados. All rental requests are subject to verification, and only suitable requests are approved.

1.4 While the Platform utilizes AI for efficiency, the staff at Export Barbados manages and oversees the Platform.

1.5 You may not use the Platform to transmit any material that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive, or that promotes or encourages illegal activity.

1.6 You may not use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party’s use of the Platform.

1.7 We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Platform or any of its Services at any time, without notice, for any reason.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 The content, design, layout, and graphics on the Platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

2.3 You may not use any of our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

3.1 The Platform and its Services are provided “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied.

3.2 We do not warrant that the Platform or its Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
